Cholesterol is a fatty substance found in our blood which is created by the liver. It plays a vital role in metabolic activities as well as formation of hormones and Vitamin D. The level of cholesterol in our body fluctuates depending upon the food we intake.

1. Excessive Intake of Alcohol
